Our Story
We are excited to share the story of Lunch Room Lady Cimma Rolls, opening in December 2025!
Our owner, Bobby Tate, had a craving for what he calls a good old-fashion "Cimma Roll"—the kind he remembers eating in his school cafeteria as a child. Inspired by these fond childhood memories, he decided to prepare cimma rolls at home one night with his wife, Teneshia, assisting him. After the first time preparing them, he wasn't totally satisfied, so he prepared them over and over again until he got the desired taste. He perfected his recipe at home, eventually achieving a taste that satisfied his craving and created loyal customers. After selling to family and friends, positive social media buzz led to increased demand and rapid business growth.

Our Cimma Rolls" are baked fresh daily using quality ingredients to provide the absolute best taste. We currently offer four varieties: Original, Original with Nuts, Original with Raisins, and Original with a combination of Nuts and Raisins. We plan to add more flavors to our menu soon.
